Reinstall BB with the inner
backing plate snug the BB enough to be
able to move the plate to align as needed Remember to tighten the BB
to proper torque specs once you have established the proper angle of the
inner backing plate, and tighten the set screws to the frame to help the
inner backing plate from moving |

Now you are reading to
install the cranks set with bash guard. |

Remember to adjust the
derailleur not to go past the middle ring as normal |
Shift the Dualrailleur into
the granny gear the chain should drop as normal. At this point you should be
able to adjust you derailleur as normal. Cycle through the front gears to
insure shifting is smooth Shift all gears in the rear
as you would normally set up a bikes drive train. |
Also slightly touch the
outer guide plate in the small gear in the rear |
Check to insure all screws
and bolts are tight on the Dualrailleur Guide, inner backing plate, and
derailleur. |
Once the drive train has
been set up you need to check to insure the Dualrailleur has no issues as the
suspension goes through its travel. This can be accomplished by letting the
air out of the shock or removing the spring depending in the type of rear
shock. This has most likely been tested if the bike has been certified to
work with the Dualrailleur guide. Also test the chain growth and adjust as
normal |
At this point the bike
should be ready to rock and roll. You may need to adjust shifter tension as
normal if the cable stretched. If you have any question
